Conference on Learning Theory June 25–June 27, 2012 — Edinburgh, Scotland

COLT student volunteer program

Student volunteers receive a free registration. In exchange, they are expected to provide about 4 hours' work to help in the conference organization. Typical tasks include helping at the check-in desk and assisting with the sessions. Instruction in these tasks will be provided at the conference site.

If you are also applying for a travel stipend, do not submit a separate application to the volunteer program. Just mark in your stipend application that you also wish to be considered for the volunteer program.

If you are applying to the volunteer program, please do not register until you have received notification about whether you have been accepted or not.

To apply, send to colt-volunteers@ttic.edu as plain text the following information:

  • name
  • e-mail address
  • advisor's name
  • university
  • country where the university is located
  • in case you were an author of a paper that was submitted to the conference, the title of that paper

You should send your application no later than midnight (GMT) of 8 May 2012. You will receive a decision by e-mail on 11 May.
